Shipping
Delivery Time
We send orders Monday-Friday from our warehouse located in Deva. We try to dispatch them 1-2 business days after they have been placed but during the busy season (November-December) there could be some delays. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Domestic (RO) Shipping Options
- Free shipping on all orders.
- Expect a delivery in 24-72 hours after dispatch.
- We work with trusted couriers like FAN COURIER, DPD, CARGUS, GLS and SAMEDAY.
International (EU) Shipping Options
- We are currently able to ship to most EU countries. If you are outside of the EU or can not complete your order for whatever reason, please send us an email.
- Free standard shipping on orders over 200€.
- For orders under 200€, shipping costs will be listed at checkout.
- For standard delivery options, expect a delivery in 3-12 business days after dispatch, depending on where you are located.
- For express delivery options, expect a delivery in 1-5 business days after dispatch, depending on where you are located.
- We work with PACKETA, DPD, GLS, DHL and UPS for our international deliveries.
